E&M Constructors Inc is a general engineering contractor specializing in the construction of parking lots, street improvements, sewers, drains, street lighting and parking lot lighting. We also provide excavations, rough grading, removals of asphalt and/or paving, new and repair work on curb and gutter, flow gutters, concrete sidewalks, catch basins, storm drain pipes, and designing and repairing projects that have been damaged or are in need of maintenance.
